Manny's Blog Day - The 10 Worst Jobs Ever!!

Hello everybody its Friday again another top 10 list.
I came up with this list when I was looking up some job descriptions and encountered these weird and somewhat disturbing job titles. I do have a warning, there is some mature content within the list so careful when reading. Also after reading this list you might not think you have the worst job ever anymore, unless of course you have one of these jobs in which case im sorry for your suffering. Anyway, here it is friends.

THE 10 WORST JOBS EVER!!!

10.BABY SITTER: I chose this because unless you have an extreme love for kids and you are able to get them to calm down and behave this is worst than war and might kill all hopes of having kids of your own.
9.FLIGHT ATTENDANT: Some of you might say well its not that bad you get to travel, but if you look at it in other prospective you have to deal for hours with rude, mean, and all kinds of weird and creepy people just as well as every other combination of people there are. Its just like baby sitting but while traveling plus you get a lousy salary so its not that great.
8.GARBAGE COLLECTOR: Collecting trash for a living is not one of the best ways to make a living but someone has to do it and there is no shame in that. In some states they make an average 3,000 dollars more a year than your high school teacher but picking up someone else's trash is not something you'll be dying to apply for.
7.GRAVE KEEPER: One of the creepiest jobs is this a grave keeper. Which is  just that being the person who takes care of the graveyard. What could be worst than having to walk around a graveyard at night with only a flashlight to protect yourself? That's just plain scary.
6.SKY SCRAPER WINDOW CLEANER: For this job you better have some nerves of steel because you'll be cleaning the windows of some of the tallest skyscrapers. In some cases with minimal safety equipment making it that much worst, imagine hanging hundreds of feet off the ground cleaning windows. You better not look down.
5.GUARD AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE: As if being a regular security guard wasn't bad enough being a guard at the Buckingham palace is that much worse, because not only do you have to guard the palace you must not move or talk, you must just stand there and guard unless completely necessary. Oh and did I mentioned you also have to deal with the TOURISTS which will do almost everything to get you to move.
4.EMBALMER: Another creepy job. An embalmer's duty is to prepare the body of a diseased prior to the burial, he/she must clean the body, empty their bowels and bladders, remove all liquids and gases and replace with chemicals and pastes as well as dressing and applying make up on the diseased. Now that's just creepy.
3.PORT A POTTY CLEANER: Given the duty to keep the port a potties clean, this individual is in charge of cleaning and maintaining the blue cubicles. This means sanitizing, emptying the sewage tank, and cleaning after peoples messes. Can you imagine cleaning a port-a-potty that has been tilted. Now that gross my friends.
2.SEWER CLEANER: Now this employee has the duty to clean the main city sewage lines. This means crawling through manholes cleaning the sewage lines to prevent them from clogging up. If you think this is bad in some countries they have little to no protection leading to hundreds of deaths a year.

What you all have been waiting for, now for the number 1 worst job on my list:
1.ANIMAL MASTURBATOR: As bad as it seems its just as suggested by the tittle, ejaculating animals for a living is by far the worst job in my list these fellows are in charge of just that, masturbating animals for whether scientific research or to grow the population of a species no matter how you look at it, that is just wrong in so many levels, but a job is a job I guess.

Well that's all for now, top 10 worst jobs!!
Hopefully now you feel better about your job and if you have one of these jobs then I feel your pain. See you next Friday with another top 10
If you have any suggestions leave a comment

Manny's Blog Day - 10 Things to do at a job interview

I have been thinking and for me it's a bit tough to come up with things to write on the blog and even though I only write once a week I still have some trouble coming up with something. I always have some type of list on my mind for just about anything so from now on Fridays are top ten lists. I'll make YouTube videos about them later :) Meanwhile  let's talk about things that can help you out on a job interview so here it is

10 things to do at a job interview.

  1. You should always dress to impress: This means you should wear a button up shirt, dress pants, as well as dress shoes or your best attire for any job interview because this will show that you are interested in the job and will give an overall good vibe.
  2. Always greet the interviewer with a smile and a firm handshake: Greeting a future employer with a smile and a firm handshake shows not only good manners but it also shows how confident you are. If you have a weak handshake and not a convincing smile this might give a hint that you are unsecure and not the right person for the job.
  3. Always keep good eye contact: Keeping good eye contact is crucial in an interview because maintaining eye contact shows that you are interested on what the interviewer is saying and your interested in the job.
  4. Have a resume ready at all times: Having a resume ready is good to have during an interview because that way you have something to show for when the interviewer asks for references and skills. It also shows that you are responsible and prepared.
  5. Maintain a firm tome of voice when talking:  You want to keep a firm tone of voice when talking to an interviewer to once again show self confidence. You don't want to sound too quiet of end up like you were screaming in their face.
  6. Answer all their questions promptly: You should answer all the questions in a timely manner. Answer them too fast and you  might give a bad impression, you should wait until they finish asking before you reply. Answer them too slow and they might think you lied and always ask if they have any other questions after the interview.
  7. Always try to stay calm: In an interview always try to stay calm and try not to jitter. You don't want to seem like a nervous wreck at the time of your interview so stay calm and relax.
  8. Use correct language and pronunciation:  A common mistake is using slang or mispronunciation  in an interview, this is very important because you always want to sound like you know what you are talking about and that you can properly communicate with others.
  9. Be as professional as you can be: Try to be as professional as you can be in a job interview now this does not mean to completely change. Show your true personality but make sure you do it as professionally as possible.
  10. Manners are always good: The most important rule is that don't forget you manners using words like; thank you, please, good morning, sorry, and excuse me can go a long way because this shows that you are courteous and it is less likely you will cause a pain in the ass as an employee. and do not forget to always say THANK YOU after each and every interview.
So next time you have an interview have these rules in mind and good luck

Manny's Blog Day - Our candle business

Our Candle Business

HOME MADE CANDLES
Well, once again it is my turn to post something up. I know Andy had said I would post something every Friday and I know I have not posted anything since, it has been because I have been busy. I don't have a lot to talk about so I am going to talk about a business idea Andy and I have been working on for a while. Some of you already know about this but now I'm putting it out there.

We have been working to start our own business for a long time but because we both have been very busy with other lively tasks we haven't been able to work on it. As of today, we are restarting and hopefully it grows and grows. Andy and I have been trying to jump start a candle business. Since Andy likes homemade candles and knows how to make them, we thought to sell them but up until now we have had little success due to the fact that none of us has been able to put a lot of time to it. However, like I mentioned earlier we are giving it a second chance and going for it again, before you know it, soon you might see us advertising our candles here or there throughout the social medias. For now its just a concept and its on development, in a way. Like I said, soon u might see us selling candles. I will keep you posted on how our project is progressing and soon enough we will give you the news but for now you'll have to wait for further posts by Manny.

The Husband's Side of the Story

Hello everyone my name is Manuel. I am the husband that Andy keeps talking about. I've known Andy for about 5 years now.

Now where can I start? I guess, I shall start at the beginning. I first met Andy when I was 16 and she was 15. I met her through my dad. My dad and her dad were at the time, close friends, her dad would bring her to my house a couple of times and every time she would visit I would seclude myself in my room.
After a while, I started to spend some time with her, though we didn't really talk. I finally decided to talk to her after some motivation from my cousin. Soon after we started talking during her visits and not too long after that she invited me to go to Knott's Scary Farm. It was fun, even though I thought she was a big scardy cat(; I still do:) Soon, we started a nice friendship soon and after that, on Christmas of 2010 I asked her out. We had tons of fun that year so when our anniversary came along I gave her a ring, which at the time was just a nice present. Eventually, we got engaged about half way through the second year and nearing our second anniversary she moved in with me:) That same year I upgraded her ring into an engagement ring. At first we moved in to see how it would be to live together and after a year of living together and having a lot of fun and getting along we decided to get married. We chose a cool date to get married, we got married march 28 2014, three years three months and three days after we first became boyfriend and girlfriend :) and now we are happily married. Our story has just begun. So, that was a glimpse into our story from my point of view. I will be posting once in a while too, so keep checking in:)
